They are the real deal, and Man are they Sharp. I love the Sharpening Steel too, it's a game changer. I've only had them 2 weeks, but I put them right to work and they delivered. The perfect set....I already own the 12"brisket knife...but I ordered the BBQ set because I needed a new carving set...love it!!

Just like many other Chinese made decent quality knives; the handles are very solid but too heavy. The balance is off, but quality for the money is there.

Great,sharp knife. I like it.

My first use was to half chicken breasts for cutlets. The knife cut through each chicken breast like butter. I’m very pleased with the quality and performance of the pair of knives in the set.

Mostly pleased. Priced well. A little bit less stable than. I would like. Using on refrigerator side panel.
