This is really a nice knife set, I used the new knife to split some thick chicken beasts, and it made the job so easy, all of the knifes are so sharp, it will be a joy to use all of them. Thank you.

Just what I was looking for. My Chinese clever did the job but it wasn’t easy to sharpen and the handle was a little awkward. The Cutlux was not to heavy has good balance and was easy to sharpen.
